I have had the worst experience getting my mail here I had mail coming to my apartment for almost 3 years and a year went by that went okay and then seems like the mail went cognito and taking my mail and even when I moved and tried to get my mail delivered they threw away all my mail and told me that I could come pick it up and when I came and pick it up in the time they had then turn it away this is an evil post office I doubt it will ever be filled with goodness until it's perished

Kathy is VERY rude & needs an attitude check meanwhile the other lovely lady is very helpful, which is the only reason I’m adding a star to this SHOULD BE 1 star review. I would love to talk to someone about my experience with Kathy if you can contact me please.

Had a issue with a package being delivered, fianceé and i were out for a couple hours, got a note on the door from usps, she set it for pickup at the usps branch on the next business day, then was told it was out for delivery and someone signed it off. Thinking it was delivered to a different address and signed off under my address, made a claim. Even the usps customer rep found it weird what happened too. Got a call from SERGIO ESQUIVEL the next day with possibly the rudest introduction. Straight to the point wouldnt even let me say a word, then when i was just able to say “thank you” all i get is a “ALRIGHT” and immediate hang up. Wasnt even given time to ask a question or anything. Wasnt even told why the delivery driver signed off my package. Wasnt even noted (when i was making the case with the usps customer rep) that it was noted as delivery driver signed it off. Nothing no note no info nothing. Just rude and not even “bye” just immediate hang up.

Fill out a HOLD MAIL CARD (it's a yellow card) and give to the clerk at the post office or leave in your mail slot where your carrier will see it
USPS Money Order pricing works as follows: $1.45 for $0.01 to $500. $1.95 for $500.01 to $1,000. $0.50 for Postal Military Money
Domestic money orders never expire and they do not accrue interest. Money orders are cashed for the exact amount on the order. You can cash a USPS money order at a Post Office for free. You can also cash them at most banks and some stores.
No they are closed today for the july 4th holiday.
No. You must bring a picture id to be able to pick up your mail.
This question needs approvafrom Post Master. You need to call them directly.
Yes you should be able to go to the post office with your id and pick it up as long as it was sent there.
It's because the delivery was attempted when no one was there to receive it.... this happens alot when delivery was done after a company working hours
