Yes. $40 per person age 2 and up. The pool can limit the number of passes sold.
Yes only members are allowed to make reservations no guests are allowed.
Yes. There is a designated lap pool.

Westfield pool membe.rship prices vary. We're a family family of 4 and pay, I believe $380, for the season. Non-members can get a guest pass at $25/pp for the day. Not sure if they're currently accepting new memberships. You can contact the recreation department for that information as in the past memberships hsve been restricted to town residents only.
