Had to quit going because I the bathroom and shower area was just nasty. I work in early in the morning before work and it is too much to go home shower and change....i dont know how often the clean their showers but at 5am they should not look this nasty ...during covid review: They have every other machine blocked for social distancing...the staff was very helpful...i went around 730a it was crowded at all was worried abt that...

This gym is great. It’s a welcoming environment. It’s always clean, never overcrowded and the staff is wonderful. They are always smiling and willing to help at anytime.

Awesome workout facility clean and a great variety of workout equipment with extended hours for workout time. But making me scan my card twice once when I come in,(fine) and the second 2 ,use Black card features in infuriating at best ! The attendant's should be more observant and it is Always the female attendants

No, I've never been to a Planet Fitness with a pool.
You have to go in person to cancel, but someone told me they're closed and refunding fees for the month. I'm going online to check.
Well, we would need to see the charges and Its possible we will be able to tell which charges they were. However, the manager answers billing questions the payment plan is automatic. This was why some were charged in March despite club closures, we couldn't stop the auto pay in time.
You have to buy the Black Planet Membershp level to visit other facilities.

You can go in person to the gym and they will give a personal tour. You will be able to sign up there on an iPad. An they will give you a planet fitness shirt and stickers. Or you can find planet fitnesses website on the internet. Find your gym. It will show you pictures of the gym. Tell you it's amenities. And you can sign up right there on the website. You will likely need a credit card and banking info (account and routing #). You will then get your shirt and stickers your first day of visiting the gym.
