Its best to call. Due to the Pandemic plus if you are not a member you won't be able to utilize the facility. You may want to try Bishop Eddie Long gym in Lithonia.

There are many programs available for 55 and over I especially like the aerobics program and the water aerobics program they help me with my knees and my ankles and weight loss

They have water aerobics but it's not a good place for senior citizens they don't really have a lot of stuff

If we can't play basketball for a free day then yes this is the worst place

There are different closing times during the week and on weekends. Weekdays at 8:30 and weekends at 5:30. Check website for closures.
