I would seriously like to give this pharmacy a 5 star review but after numerous encounters I decided to write a review. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with the Pharmacist as he worked with me tirelessly to get the cost of my sons medication down. We came to the conclusion that I would just have to pay the up front cost and wait for his prior authorization to go through. He told me that the medication would be ready when I came to pick it up. I pulled into the drive through and was the 5th car in line. I waited patiently, greeted the pharmacy tech only to have her tell me that his med isnt ready. To add insult to injury she then proceeded to tell me to pull off, rejoin the end of the line and just wait anouther 20 mins to be seen. I told her no and left. Do better Kroger. If I had the choice to take my business elsewhere I would.

Went in at 12:10pm to get a prescription filled. I was told to come back at 1:30pm. I asked why per Wanda because it will take 45 minutes to fill it. When I told her that is way more than 45 minutes she told me but we have a break from 1 to 1:30pm. Ridiculous!!!! I work at the pharmacy and it does not take 45 minutes to put a label on a bottle of suspension especially not when you have 2 pharmacist and 5 technicians on duty. But she does always have an attitude, always takes her time. God bless hire some faster people. Took prescription elsewhere!!!!!!!

Slowest pharmacy ever. Won’t even answer the phone. I wish that I could give 0 stars. RIDICULOUS.
