Bought a TV about 5 months ago paid it off on 5/3/22 now it wont turn ON UNLESS I UNPLUG IT FROM WALL AND PLUG IT BACK IN. THEY ARE NO HELPING ME REPLACE IT OR FIX IT. WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN

I felt that it was handle unappreciated service because the first time getting a washer it didn’t work correctly then It took them about 2-3 days of checking the clog washer and to replace it about a month later... It annoyed me so after being on the phone the last time about last week, I got a immature girl asking me to why not pay the whole thing off? What on earth would you even go asking someone that question? It’s stupid and senseless to be rude on the phone and being fake. All I see is inexperienced young adults who doesn’t know how to run a business and just seems like all they do is stuck on their cell phones and making fun of people. Not polite vibe if you ask me.

After financing nearly $3500 in furniture/appliances through these guys I was given a complete ring around regarding my warranty. The woman in the store couldn't tell me a thing about any electronic without trying to ask another associate for further assistance. The new manager failed to honor 2 service calls they supposedly scheduled for the dryer and after paying everything off within their 90 day period I was treated with such disrespect that I couldn't believe I ever came in here in the first place. Take your business to a more knowledgeable store because you won't get customer service here once you pay something off.
