Your question probably needs to be addressed to Walmart management. Having said that, our Walmarts are accessible to everybody and not necessarily located in the poorest areas. When I have had to deal with customer service they have always been professional and helpful as possible. Sometimes the wait for customer service was long at the larger Walmart here in town.
Think about it, these people get raked through the coal all day. Walmarts policy is the customer is always right and people take full advantage of it and these employees catch the blunt of it. Usually in the poorest part of towns is where the most theft happens and it sucks. They have to put up with a tremendous amount and I know they are supposed to stay professional but I'm not going to give them a hard time. Working retail is a terrible job
