Great games, great people.

Best shop in the area to play EDH and D&D! Honestly, they cater to other events too, but I will speak from experience with those events. Mondays, you got plenty of knowledgeable and patient DMs, and you can start from level 1, new to D&D. Tuesdays and Fridays is packed with many commander players of all levels. Daily events and very kid friendly. Lots of different pods for MTG, Digimon, Pokemon, and Yugioh, and they have good judges for any rules check. Also, lots of good food and shopping stuff in the area in case you get the munchies. The shop people work hard to make you feel welcomed at the shop; it's always nice to see Kat's smiling face behind the counter. The shop is very military and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Trust me, if you're stationed here at Fort Gordon, your nerdy needs are met here.

Always my go to place for game days with friends!

Great store. Every person working in these hallowed halls is minted of the finest material.

Yes it is, there is a ramp next door to get up the side walk. And our isles are spaced out.
We do sell individual cards also, our website has hundreds of Pokemon cards for purchase. There's also a bargain box with ultra rare cards for $2 each.
We have 4-5 groups that use our space weekly for D&D games, at the moment none of them are sanctioned by us. We would be happy to get another started, the thing normally needed is a DM that could consistently run the event.
We do purchase pokemon cards, if the cards have an individual value of $3 or more and are in good condition, we are interested. If you just have a lot of smaller cards you would like to get rid of, we also buy those for a "bulk" price.
I do not know, but the people that work there are extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful, so it's worth calling to check. Edit: See, these guys are awesome! They do a lot of special ordering, so it's always worth checking!
Yes, Cardboard Castle sells sealed Yu-Gi-Oh cards in booster packs, tins, and starter decks. Also they have a box you can look through to find some to buy as well and finally the more expensive cards are all entered into the online store where they can be viewed at cardboardcastlegames.com
Sorry, no. They only buy and sell collectible card games like Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Yugioh etc. They also sell board games and hold official competitive and casual tournaments for many games.
Yes they do weekly
Yes and yes
We have wifi for players in our events or for approved purposes.
We don't get requests for Heroscape often, we have a Facebook group named Cardboard Castle Games that could be useful to find other people to play with. Our play space is available to meet up whenever we aren't too full from events.
We don't do grading, thank you for checking with us!
We do normally host Friday Night Magic, we packed up our event area last April due to the pandemic. We plan on starting events again in the next few weeks. We will make an announcement on our Facebook page and our website's event calendar soon.
We do not buy any sports cards, thank you for checking with us.
At our current location we don't, but we will be moving to a bigger and better space in about two weeks. We will be carrying 40k on our opening day. That address is going to be 672 Mullins Colony Drive, Evans GA 30809
It greatly depends on the cards that you have. Trading cards have a wide range of values, we sell some cards as low as $10 for 1,000 of them and we also sell some individual cards for $100 or more.
We currently don't host events and are not OTS, we plan to look into starting events again when we move locations in November.
I may be starting a d&d group soon, check in and of not it's a good place to hang out and learn, providing the group doesn't mind
They usually offer 2 kinds of trade in amounts: a higher amount of store credit to encourage you to come back to the shop and a lower cash price. Keep in mind both amounts will have a profit percent baked in. You'll usually get the most value selling or trading to an existing player in the Yu-Gi-Oh community at the shops or the FB group. You're never going to get full retail value unless you're a store selling to another customer. Please remember that in order to temper your expectations of a $100 pay day.
We do sell a large amount of Dungeons & Dragons products including the unpainted minis. We have a little bit of Pathfinder in stock and can order many things that we don't always keep in stock.
If you are looking for basic lands we have those and can throw them in for free with any purchase. We have a large selection of Magic singles available for sale, so if you are looking for any non basic lands you can check our inventory on our website CardboardCastleGames.com
We buy all MTG cards and only certain kinds of Yugioh cards. Stop by the store sometime and we will be happy to see what we can get for you.
We do not buy or sell sports cards, only trading card games like Pokemon or Magic the Gathering.
We definitely buy Pokemon cards, we can spend 50-60% of what we can sell a card for. If you have Holographic Rares that are in condition like new, you could get some pretty good money. If you have a lot of cards you want us to look through, you should call ahead of time and make an appointment.
We do not buy sports cards, thank you for checking with us!
We do take Pokemon cards for trade in, we have a great number of Pokemon Card singles and booster products for sale.
