Really unhelpful folks at this store. They will make you wait an hour in an almost empty store. And tell you to call your previous carrier after meeting an one hour. They make sure to give you as many hurdles as possible from switching to Verizon. I switched from AT&T to sprint to T-Mobile and I want to switch to Verizon only first time somebody has told me to call my previous carrier and get transfer pin. When u ask why, they say u are different. I can spit in the face and when asked why, i will say I am just different. Thats what it sounds like.

According to Google and the sign on the door they open at 10. It's 10:13 and I just left along with 7 yes 7 other people who had all been waiting for roughly 30 minutes as I had. They had to have lost some money this morning. There was literally not one employee there. I walked around the whole building and the only cars on the lot were the people waiting to get in. Unacceptable.

Store is very organized with the processes and procedures! I was immediately put on a waiting list as soon as I got into the store, and was even helped sooner than expected. The specialist, Nathan, was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the best plans for me. He explained everything in regards to setting up my plan, and the steps necessary for later. Five stars! Go see Nathan at Verizon is you need anything for a phone plan! So happy I switched from AT&T to Verizon!
