I do not recommend this location for your lazy boy purchases. I’ve purchased several lazyboy chairs from this location and each time I have had issues. The most recent issue is I purchased the eldorado chair back in May of this year 2022 and was told it would be delivered sometime the end of May. After the transaction went through I was immediately told the last chair had been bought and mine wouldn’t be delivered until mid June so mid June came around and still no chair so the date got pushed back to July. Mid July came around and the date got pushed back to august. August came around and the date once again got pushed back to September. Finally I decided to cancel the order because I was told it would be some time in October because they were having trouble getting the parts for the chair. The manager told me she would cancel my order and issue a credit back to my lazyboy credit card on august 22nd. After reaching out to my credit card holder they said they didn’t see any credit issued. So I called lazyboy back and once again spoke to the manager and she said the credit had never been issued like I was told it was. Nothing but trouble,trouble with this location.
