So I brought in brand new items with tags still on. And they only took 2 items that were rather cheap quality. The rest of the 20 or so items were brand new and really great quality. Like what’s up with that?

What they accept is partially up to the manager who has to take into consideration current stock and what people are currently buying from plato

They know the trends. They buy what they know they can resell. They turn over product fast. If you still have tags on, can you return to where you purchased? Try selling on eBay. Good luck.
