They have good prices and I found some excellent sales on top soil and flower pots. The guy in the paint 🏬 was super friendly and I will go back for him to mix my paint! I was treated just the opposite in the lawn and garden department.

Customer service is wretched! They are severely understaffed and management who are there are at best indifferent. After repeated issues with this Lowes, I would rather pay more and deal with someone else.

George should not be “MANAGING” anyone. We had to use a photo of my dads card to pay for materials for a project we are doing for my dad. We have checked out this way probably 10 times at this same location. Today we were asked to go from the checkout line to the customer service line to check out. The woman working started ringing up our items and then from behind her snaps “NO ABSOLUTELY NOT YOU CANT USE A PHOTO OF A CARD THAT WAY” from GEORGE. Not only was his tone completely unacceptable given the circumstance and the fact that I was a paying customer, but he was extremely degrading to myself, my wife and the other employee. He then instructed us in the same tone to call my dad to verify who was sitting in the crown room at the airport. He said my dad had to read his card number over the phone so that everyone where by dad was could hear….so safe. Then after we paid for our $575 bill, he nicely goes “you understand right?”. I replied that I would have definitely understood had his tone been completely different and that he didn’t have the right to talk to customers or his employees the way he did. I will 100% be going elsewhere with my business after this experience. Not to mention we have probably spent over $6,000 on this specific project THIS SAME WAY at this same location. Well done GEORGE.

Lowe's is a good place for sure to get all your home needs. Especially more basic home needs. Prices are not that bad but could be better. But overall I enjoy shopping there. And they definitely take care of the Veterans. That's a plus to me.
