Not very impressed, this store use to be a nice, tidy place to shop(where you could find things) it has really gone downhill, employees walking past messes laying around in every isle, not even trying to straighten & clean, Many areas almost unshoppable. How Disappointing!!!

Absolutely nothing on the shelves, only 1 register open. It’s a perfect store if you want Ugg, because that’s what half the store was.

Went into purchase a set stainless steel cookware. Inventory was low to none and no one in sight to help. Cashier called twice for someone to help to no avail. I like shopping in department stores but I begin to understand why so many people are turning to purchasing online. Bought my Tramontina cookware online for a price lower than Bed Bath and Beyond could have sold it for if they even sold it.

The store should still send you an email or text regarding the delivery. You may want to call the store directly. Maybe your item is already there!
I'm not sure if they buy baby things but they do have some things for kids but best to call store during business hrs
No, you should take it as less then stellar service. This happens everywhere from time to time.
Have you tried calling them.. Or looking online..Google Maps is not a direct connection to BB&B...
I always use mine when they expire. I believe it depends on how long they have been expired.
Go to their website to search for products. What you can get here are other users, travellers that might help guide the questions not answered on their website.
