None of the stores have driving carts. Save a lot does not. That is the only grocery store in Edgewater Village
Only Save A Lots does as far as I know. You can't take it out into the parking lot though like Walmart.

This is a strip mall type plaza with independent stores whose responsibility it would be to provide them for their individual customers. The actual plaza management doesn't provide any services at all. Honestly I remember seeing an electronic cart at big lots about two years ago, but I'm a frequent shopper and do not believe they still have any
