They wouldn't stand by the advertisement stating that it had ended but not even15 minutes prior to my arrival the advertisement was still running on TV and on their website ( which it pulled up on my phone and showed them) but still wouldn't honor it. The staff tries to act like they don't understand what you're talking about but disrespect them then all of a sudden they understand what you're talking about. Go figure right. Next time I'll go to the one in Elkton for better service.

They seem to have friendlier staff than they did before. However, check your food before you leave. I'm guessing they were out of items and instead of telling me, they just made their own substitutions (regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy and 6 cookies instead of 6 beignets) instead of asking.

Ordered and paid for a 2 piece white because the special was only for dark meat they said and they charged me $10 and I still ended up with the wrong piece of chicken that I paid more for worst experience

This is one of the worst Popeyes there is. The food is awful with no taste now that it's been taken over by people who don't care about the food they sell because they don't eat it. The managers speak different language when their upset with staff or customers. Don't waste your money or time
