I recently placed an order online for a cheesesteak sub and specifically wrote out what I wanted in the “notes for the kitchen” box. When the sub arrived I realized that it was made incorrectly so I called to tell them and was told”well what do you want me to do about it; there is nothing I can do”. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Zero customer service. If they don’t care about their customers than I am no longer going to be one. Not sure what happened to customer service, I guess it died along with human decency.

This is a gem of a restaurant. It is family owned and run. The owners are awesome and very friendly, the food is almost all starch made, and everything is good here. The pizza, salads, sandwiches, Home made desserts and soups.

Was really sad to have gone there recently to watch a young, long, curly haired kid make our two sandwiches with no gloves or hair net after handling cash, his cell phone, and running his hands through his hair multiple times. Kept hoping the gloves were gonna appear somewhere.... not great with confrontation but I definitely should have said something. Instead we threw out $20 for 2 disgusting sandwiches that we tossed out. I'm all for family businesses and teaching kids the value of a dollar, but there were enough adults there that could have enforced standard hygiene practices. Not a single person in the kitchen with a hair net. Lost my business. I've gotten food from there before and it was ok, nothing to rave about, but I've only ever ordered and picked up rather than ordered on site and waited. Will never go back.

I ordered from this place like twice in the last 3 weeks & it was delicious!! Great food, fast service/delivery, reasonable pricing. I forgot to leave a review before & just thought about it. I got a meatball & sausage stromboli, mozzarella sticks, a chicken cheese steak & fries. I will definitely order again. This place is the best in the area I think!! So glad I decided to try them. To me their food & prices are better than Pat's, Gil's & Bruno's 🤷🏽‍♀️
