I got an oil change here a couple year back and after I got it I noticed no difference in engine smoothness. Typically after an oil change my engine sounds and feels smoother. I also had my radiator and differential oil changed because I was preparing to relocate to California. They finished the job very quickly, like in 10 minutes and I was suspicious. After the change the engine did not run smoother, and wondered if they actually changed my oil. To be safe I went to another oil change dealer and got another oil change. Sure enough my engine ran smoother again. This has been on my mind for a couple years and one day I did a search and discovered Jiffy Lubes have been know to just charge but not actually do the service. I would be careful at this Jiffy Lube, they may charge for things you don't need or charge you for things you did not request but not actually do the service. I wrote a review earlier and edited it to respond to the owner but it wouldn't post, so I thought I would try again. I am concerned if they did any of the other services, and if I will have to spend more money to get it done again for differential and radiator flush. Attached is a copy of my receipt when I lived in Maryland.

Generally Jiffy Lube locations are ok, however when your paying $90 for a Mobil -1 Full Synthetic Oil Change, you should not later that evening discover they “shorted” you a “quart” of oil. Totally inexcusable. When I back checked the dip stick it was a quart low. I had been informed that my coolant was low, so I got the oil at Walmart along with the coolant as the ridiculous amount that they wanted to charge to “top off” on he overflow bottle didn’t make sense spending. “Jiffy” doesn’t mean careless no matter if there is 30 minutes until close, your customers keep you open and employees paid.

The guys there, especially the one running down everything with me, were really nice. They got me in and out pretty quickly but still did their job thoroughly. Caught things that weren't done with the last oil change. Even change the windshield wiper blades that we were told were "special order only" blades. Very pleased with the customer service I received. Very professional and very personable. This will be my go to place for oil changes.
