I went into the location there are two people working completely oblivious to the customer's walking in. One lady behind the counter trying to help a customer find a timing belt the other employee just finished up something with a battery. Nobody acknowledged me walking in or asked if I needed help I would have been fine with that. However a general walks in he acknowledged him and ask him how he can help him finds the item checks him out why I've been standing there the whole time of line. I approach him and ask if he can check me out he says yes I asked him a simple question why did you not help me when I was in the store first. All he can say after laughing was it's been a long day

The Breeze

Guys or manager was very informative about what wax to use what to do before waxing and how to keep your ride looking good after you put all the work into the car also what is the best to use on the rims and what is the best tire shine if you are not up on all the different car care products it gets confusing and you can spend a lot of money on things that don't work very well so I needed help and I believe the guy Shane definitely knew what he was talking about and I didn't get the feeling he was loading me up with stuff I didn't need very informative guy named Shane and he spent a lot of time with me.

Helpful salesman was friendly and willing to chat with me. A woman shopper in this kind of store sometimes gets side-eye, but I felt like a valued customer. He also gave me a discount and not only installed my wiper blades, but showed me how it is done. :)

Customer service is excellent. They even give you the best deals if you want it. One service person found some oil a gentleman was looking for and told him for a dollar more the same item was on sale that gave him twice as much, however he didn't go for it. To each his own. I would have jumped on it, to have for later.
