Yes you can but there is a surcharge which is refundable if you join

Yes you can make purchases without a membership but there is a 20% surcharge on your total. But if you decide to become a member (you have a 7 day grace period) that surcharge is applied to your membership fee. So, for example, you buy an item for $10. The surcharge is $2. You decide to buy an Inner Circle Membership that is $55. Your total would only be $53. You can also just come on in and wander around. No need to flash a card to enter.
I believe you would have to purchase a membership during the check out procedure
