I'm not sure. They have 2 entrances so maybe the side door is accessible

Yes, there are two doors. One has stairs, but the other one is handicapped accessible. I was there the other day and had pulled a muscle in my left leg and couldn't do the stairs so we went in the ground level entrance. The women's room is up a few stairs though, but the men's room is right by the ground level door. I'm sure if you needed to use a rest room they would let you use the men's room when empty.
