Public service at it’s worst. Rude workers who treat customers like trash (for no reason), scheduled appointment doesn't mean anything. It’s very visible they really hate their job. Toxic atmosphere and needs an urgent audit, training, maybe some staff replacements so they can serve customer with some decency and respect. I’ve been to many post office this is probably the worst in the state.

The staff are nice people but it’s chronically understaffed for the amount of passport work that is done. The wait times are horrendous with no efficiency measures in place (let people with package pickup to pickup more quickly, for example).

Very disrespectful people in there. I had an appointment at 12:15 and I got there 10 minutes earlier. And this lady told me the agent went for lunch and he won’t be back until later. And she told me to go to different places or come back another time. They have no respect for the time of others. But they get paid by standing there and do nothing.

I entered my tracking number at USPS.com and it said my package was delivered to me on 7/13 @ 9:55 am., which it was not... Then they sent me to the Chelsea P.Office who was the responsible party for the delivery of my mail.. They said they would get back to me ASAP, that has not happened!!! I'm out of patience as well as a lot of money..

Don't think so
Just in case you have run out of POSTAL tape for your packages make sure you don't use any other product such as electric tape, scotch tape, etc..
You can track it on the usps app hope that helps
