No in order to go to dispesary u need card sux but they wont let u inso if u have card but your script expired u can get it delivered
There are some delivery services that found loopholes in the laws but there is no store that you even enter without a medical card. Get an appointment at Cannacare Docs.
No but getting your med card is not that hard.
