You need mass id and need to go to one of the locations that offers recreational products. There are five new locations planned for the near future but as of Dec. 23 as far as I know, only Northampton and Salem offer recreational products. Salem operates on an appointment scheme and does not accept walk in customers. A Massachusetts resident would go online, schedule an appointment, then take public transit to Salem. They have a shuttle going to the dispensary. Details are on the website for the Salem dispensary.
