Salem offers recreational as of 15 dec 2018. There is no walk in or parking. You need to book an appointment online. They encourage everyone to take the commuter rail to salem, and a shuttle is going to the dispensary from the commuter rail station. Appointments will be required until supply and demand even out. There is also a recreational dispensary in Northampton.
Salem Mass I believe Northampton Mass and there's one in Lancaster in the Worcester area but the one in Salem just open today and then going by appointment only as for now.
