If you have a medical card, you can but at patriot. They do not do recreational yet. The places that handle recreational are clearly identified and easy to find with a web search. They are all legal at state level and not at federal so your question is ambiguous. If you are asking for a recreational dispensary near Boston, the closest is probably NETA in Brookline.
