I'm confusing between dmv and rmv. Also, I want to take learner permit' test online . Is this the right place for me ? And how many days that I have after register for learner permit's test?

You will have to take an appointment for your test on the RMV website. They will check your documents on the RMV center you choose and they will provide with a customer ID. You can only give your online test with tha customer ID.
