Appointments consistently run behind schedule. I recommend dropping off the paperwork for just registration stuff. They email you a link to pay for the transaction in a couple days and then you just go pick it up.
Your best bet is appointment... However if you are there for suspension hearing its walk up ..fill out form..then they call you...also what Craig said
