What DMV offices are open to the public. I can't do what i need to do i have to do it in person to explain my circumstances. I live in salem mass. Is it true that Lawrence mass and boston and a few other ones you don't need an appointment?need

Boston is by appointment. And has a drop off and registration with no appointment needed.
