What is the outdoor smoking policy? My mother lives at William Shyne and tenants with outside the doorway and smoke. There is no place for non smokers to sit unless they want to breath in second hand smoke. I would think this is against regulations.

I agree people should feel safe were they live i could see if there is a asigned place for smokers and all else for the rest after all smoking is not healthy and should not be encouraged
