The handicapped accessible van that a rented to attend my nieces wedding was wonderful. They removed the front to see it, passenger side and I was able to be seated in my wheelchair and locked down. We worked with Amber Jorgensen in Norwood Massachusetts. She was very professional, and well knowledgeable as I needed. The van was very, very clean inside and out. It was made for tile passengers. And the wheelchair that I was riding was extra Tall therefore the van was wonderful. I have already reserved it to use for several trips I’ll be taking in the future.

I love the van for my handicap mother. Without this van we would have to rely on the mbta which is an all day affair usually. The transaction went smooth and I felt that I could trust them for future assistance. First the auto start that they installed or had someone go to their shop to do it, failed. It never worked right and electrical malfunctions starting happening. Mary from the Norwood office set up a date two months ahead of time to get body work done and fix the electrical. I thought I was in good hands figuring that they normally deal with handicap vans/equipment on a daily basis. Next thing I know I never heard from anyone for over a week. Then, The repair guy kept asking about the other damage and told me that it looked like I went through bushes and the insurance company would not cover me. It was almost $4,000 more damage!! The insurance company opened another claim and said it looked like the guy scraped the whole side when he brought it in the garage. I had to pay 500 more out of my pocket for the second claim because no one could prove who did it since I left it in the care of Ride Away. On top of that, the guy that installed my auto start found no problems. I spent 300 on an auto start that doesn't work properly! I brought my van to Honda cars of Boston. They told me the all the electrical issues are due to the auto start and they would not touch it due to possible further damage. Right now I'm at $800 out and counting in losses due to Ride Away in Norwood, MA! Talk about being taken for a Ride! Buyer Beware!!!! I did follow up with Chris who reimbursed my new auto start. Unfortunately I cannot prove the auto body incident. I am very satisfied with Chris and the way he handled this situation. I do highly recommended getting a handicap van if needed from this company however I will say to NOT use the body shop or auto start guy! Other than that I am grateful for having this van!!

I am so very happy with the "MPS Push Right Angle" hand control which was installed in my 2015 Lexus RX 350. I initially was apprehensive that it might esthetically hurt the looks of the interior dash, but it is black and stream-lined and blends in well. It handles well, and I've had no difficulty adjusting to it. I find it important to mention how wonderful it was dealing with Ride-Away in Norwood. The people with whom I dealt, Chris and Christine, were extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Even my car salesman had very positive remarks regarding the people with whom he dealt. In summary, I am very pleased with having chosen Ride-Away in Norwood to install my HP equipment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone in need!

I wish I had learned about Ride-Away sooner! My parents just purchased a brand new Dodge Caravan with lift to get around with my sister who has cerebral palsy. To say they are happy with their purchase is an understatement. My sister is so excited as are my parents. They are now able to go out with my sister with such easy. I can even take her out now myself. The freedom this has given them is immeasurable and Mary at Ride-Away was a DREAM! She drove out with the van to my parents house so my sister could see it before we finalized the paperwork. She didn't have to do that but we are so grateful that she did! You guys are amazing and we can't thank you enough!
