Tanya, TJO's not open every day, but the ACOs (animal control officers) are on call 24/7/365. They serve the cities of Chicopee, Holyoke, & Springfield. If you live elsewhere, you'd need to check with animal control in your city or town.
TJO has animal control officers that respond and bring the animal to the shelter. TOJ doesn't euthanize animals.or yes. You can drop him off.
