Local rates are not available for 1 day tickets. You can find local prices for multi day tix on their website. You can buy for 1 park for the day (universal or islands of adventure), 2 parks per day, or 3 parks per day (adds Volcano Bay water park). The local price discount is as follows "Save up to $20 off the gate price on all multi-day tickets when you buy online. Florida Residents save over $50 off the gate price on all multi-day tickets when you buy online." Note that Universal usually announces price increases in February (Disney just announced increases)
