Gringots is usually really long unless you get lucky but i recommend going single rider for all of them
If you don't mind spending a little extra money you can get a fast pass and save time in line also
This time of year it's not that bad. 30 min. Wait is average
Times are not bad early and late for HPW. AMEX frequently has an offer for Standard Express passes (which lets you bump the line once per line.)
The earlier you get there the less likely you will have to deal with long lines however the walk through the lines are apart of the attraction in the world of Harry Potter.
Get to the park as soon as it opens, and head directly back to the Harry Potter ride. This should probably limit your wait to less than 30 minutes.
