Anyone know if can I go to the parks / citywalk with my bike? Will I have where to park it? If yes, there's any fee?

I didn't see anyone on a bike nor did I see racks for bikes.

I don't believe you can. I only see shuttle service and parking for cars. I was just there past weekend and didn't see any signs for bikes. Call them and find out.
