Summer time
It's always popular and now through the summer it will be busy. Right now it's busy because of end of year school field trips
Midweek is better but remember a lot of schools are doing there end of year class visits so they arrive mostly between 10 and 11 and are going by 4 and 5
I think evening is the best time to go.
I think anytime is good however parking is FREE after 6pm
10 am till 5 pm I feel
