They do but they are hard to get they try to push you to rent a wheelchair. Very few people get them. My friend does when we bring her son who is autistic and does not wait in crowds well. He is none verbal and likes to constantly move. When you get one it works similar to a virtual queue.

They don't offer anything like that, if they would they would have a lot more business

In disney you can use fast past(3 times included in ticket price), but in universal you don't have something like that
