Which of the parks have character that i can take pictures with

Universal and Disney both do Character dining, a little on the expensive side but nice that the characters come to you instead of having to join what can be long queues at times for the popular ones. There are also some random roaming characters at both parks, check the park apps for details

Well both has characters but disney has more walking around i still like better Universal hands down

Universal has parades and occasional characters walking about. But Disney would be better for you for characters
