I don’t understand “Capacity” when I see hoards of people leaving. And they allow people re-entry. I agree day passers should be allowed re entry but pass holders should loose their spot if they leave the park. Very in happy with this.

There's only one way in or out so it just looks like it was crowded...inside the park, everyone keeps their space and it was very easy to get around.

They are just trying to appease the CDC but with all the CDCs new restrictions everyone is getting tired of them and doing their own thing. Universal does its best to keep us passholders happy.

Due to Covid 19, they need to gave certain amount of maximum number of people.

Although you see alot of people appear to be leaving, most of the time they are just going to City Walk to eat and then reentering the park. There is "Stand By" sections for each park and as people leave for good they allow people in stand by to enter. We have used the Stand By a couple of times and each time it didn't take long for them to allow us to enter. Hope this helps. 😁

Some of the people leaving are the ones with park to park tickets which you need to ride hogwarts express. If you download the universal mobile app and go into messages you will see the priority order; however, note there are 2 different capacity limits, one where people that have not entered the park yet and another limit where they do not allow re-entry. Best bet is to show up to the park well prior to 10-11 AM when the parks start hitting capacity (which is 2-3 hours after they open )

One thing I really hated was the constant reminding of wearing of the mask 🎭. EVERYONE KNOWS HOW TO PLAY THE GAME. Maybe at the main entrance and beginning of each ride. Not every 5 minutes, especially if you have to wait 80 minutes for KONG.

Bro are you gonna cry about it

I don't think there should be any limits, come on, your in an amusement park, if you're the least bit concerned, why would you be here, as far as capacity, I never had an issue, but I was there when they opened, 😉.

Many people without masks. Spotty enforcement. Wait sago so long that only a few rides in most of a day. Hagrid ride impossible to get, virtual wait a bad joke. We had a yearly pass and will likely never return.

I waited in line for 1hr 30 minutes the other day due to they met their capacity. I got there at 10 am. Only thing I suggest is maybe having tents where the lines are to atleast help keep them shaded as they wait.

They cant please everyone I guess

Brent Sullivan | Sep 5, 2021

For us, we stayed at one of the Universal hotels and it wasn't even an issue.

Capacity numbers are actually set by the local Fire Departments Fire Marshall as are the heavy fines for violating that capacity so the company's will usually allow a specific number of people or amount of time to pass between reaching capacity and reopening to anyone so they don't have the one at a time entry and close issue as doing so could split familys up or cause possible over capacity that can occur from instantly reopening the gates as people leave
