Only every now and then characters will show up. Very randomly and they are behind ropes because of covid. You can however take pictures with the transformer characters because they're so tall.

No. Characters are only at the park and are behind ropes to maintain social distance.
We went there 2 weeks ago we saw them Scooby-Doo and the gang.
Didnt see scooby just the rest of the gang and they are behind ropes but they do let you take pictures.

Yes but currently it's a socially distanced meet and greet so you won't be right next to them in the photo
You used to be able to but now with the "COVID" they only have the van available for photos. They have removed most of the photo ops and have to stand away from them.

Yes you can touch them but they are on a stage you can take pictures with them and sometimes they ride in the mystery machine.
I was there 2 days and didn't see Scoob-Doo, but I did see the Scoob-Doo van
