Waitresses are not necessarily required to tie back their hair. I would say as long as they're not running your food or fiddling with it while serving your food should not be a huge issue sounds like just a small complaint to be picky

The rule is to have hair tied back. I would speak to the manager of your concern. If that doesn't work call the corporate office.
