I have a Canon Rebel XL. It lost a spring and no longer auto focuses. Can you give me a rough idea how much a repair will be?

There are no springs used for autofocus, nor is there a model Rebel XL. Need to see the camera and lens to give a quote or even determine if a repair is doable.
