This particular Wawa is a solid gas station with food options if you don't feel like cooking and want something affordable and easy. My only complaint is that there needs to be a better way to communicate what orders have been fulfilled for pickup because I've stood there for 5-10 minutes before with no recognition from any employee before someone finally asked me what my order number was and gave it to me. How are we supposed to know it's ready when it's behind a counter?

Placed an order on the app for a bfast burrito. The receipt verifies what I ordered in the app, sausage, avocado and Chipotle sauce. The burrito ended up having bacon, no avocado, spinach, and no chipotle. What was the point of asking me how I wanted it made if you're just going to throw on whatever you want. It was hot and fresh, so that's worth 1 star I guess.

Why would someone give a gas station and convenience store 5 stars? Because this isn't your average quick stop. Wawa is on a whole new level. Easy to order delicious sandwiches, clean, friendly, and beyond great pricing. Nothing compares

I cannot say that I have ever had the same experience as you. Everytime I go in there are always tons of food and the staff are always pleasant and happy. I believe that you get what you give in any situation, so if you go in in a less than good mood then others will respond in kind. We all have bad days and the employees are human just like us. If you are not happy with the location you can always go elsewhere. It is easier to just move on than complain about a situation that we put ourselves in.
After the hurricane many electronic systems were having issues. Rest room ?? Maybe no water. Our phone system at work still had issues after hurricane. Still let corporate be know these conditions.
