Selling nothing but junk. It was my please cutting our Kanes card up, after doing business with the Lakeland store. You should be ashamed of your " lifetime warranty "! We will call it lessoned learned and take the trash to the burn pile.

I had an incident in the Port Richey store I brought an employee of mine in there who needed Furniture only to have the manager and older gentleman insult her and then when I said something about it even early put his hands on me and pushed past me I called their corporate headquarters I told them that I would like to speak with somebody who's in charge of overseeing this area otherwise I was going to take it to the press and press charges against this man for physically putting his hands on me well guess what nobody ever contacted me nobody from your corporate headquarters not even anybody from their District I will never go to Kane's again I agree with you I think they have overpriced junk and their staff for their employees are absolutely rude. Do yourself a favor, go to Havertys or fortunoff anywhere but Kane's I would even go to Aaron's before I would go back to Kane's

Thanks for all your advice!! I would have never thought that about them never having shop there I thought they were one of the better furniture stores but I am so glad I read the reviews I will never go to Cannes because I will have a fit and they don't want me in their store if they're going to act like that and have crappy furniture on top of it.

Nancy Cava. I had the exact problem as you only I was dealing with Tia Walker from the Ocala location. I asked to speak with her supervisor and was told she would have them contact me its been over a month still waiting. Also the "repair" man who came to my home on 2 separate occasions was useless. He actually caused damage to my couch. He broke the zipper on my cushion and Tia did nothing to help with that either. Worst experience ever!!!

Wow I thought I was the only one who received terrible experience like this! I will NEVER do business with Kane again. The held my product hostage for 4 months and every time I call for an update about it being delivered no one can ever find out where the piece is at and the kept saying they’ll call me back to let me know but no one ever did. I finally physically went back to store to ask about the item the manager there came up to speak to me very rudely saying I just have to keep waiting, when I asked for a refund they said on the contract it states refunds are not available for that product. So till this day I’m still making payments on a $300 piece of furniture that I have yet to receive. NEVER AGAIN!!!
