We are big milkshake advocates and loves sonics for them, unfortunately this location has bad bad customer service I was in stahl trying to place a order and the girl was nice but a worker in the back ground mad a rude comment about what I wanted! Then when I pressed the button to order again the worker made another rude comment! I went to ask to talk to a manger and you boy comes out and says well I didn’t hear her say anything!! I will never go to this location again and if I find a better milkshake place I will never go to sonic again! Customer service is how you make your money!!

This place is a dump. Nothing works and you can almost never order in the app because they turn that option off so you cannot redeem any promotions and/or coupons. Young teens work here and they are not friendly and they don't care about getting your order right. 35 minutes wait for a large sweet tea and we got a small diet coke instead. SMH DON'T... JUST DON'T!

Sat in the drive through for about 35-40 minutes just to be served cold food. Then on top of that the fries were only filled halfway. I will never spend money here again!!!!

Good food good service their desserts are delicious… The only downside is this place does not offer free drink refills but otherwise pretty good… Paola was our server she was so cute and sweet we enjoyed her service and our time eating here!

I didn't know they did not. Seems odd
While the staff is kind, they need more help, they are overworked. So they can deliver food that is at least warm. I won't go back because the wait time is almost an hour, and when it is finally delivered is was cold. Not a good value in my experience. It's not the workers fault as they are doing the best they can. If management wants people to return they need to better staff this location
Shout out to Sonic Someone had a question about Safety practices with covet at Sonic's The workers do come out with mask They are definitely using precaution And the great thing about it is you can stay in your car You can put on your mask While receiving your food and then you can roll up your window and eat your food You get the both of Both Worlds safety And good food Sonic have the best hot dogs And they also have a mean hamburger They're great Stop by Get you something to eat stay in your car And the workers is Jason using all precautions they are using Mass
