You would have to ask them, but if they don't you can try Coliseum of Comics in New Tampa. (Coliseum is not gone. It's on Bruce B towards Wesley Chapel)
Only very rare comics, there is a small comic and music shop on MLK just after BLVD past the light on the left in the first plaza next to the gas station if you are coming from 275 north or south and have existed MLK exit! And some pawnshops buy comics your best bet would be pawnmax on Fowler!
