My go to tackle shop on the west coast of Florida. Great place to grab slow pitch jigs and deep tackle for long range trips aboard the American Patriot. Staff is knowledgeable and always there to help you. If you’re in the Tampa area I highly recommend you stop by.

I've been going to Southeastern Fishing Tackle for years. I knew it back when it used to be called Southeastern Liquidators and my father and I have almost exclusively been going here for years for anything we may need, rods, reels, tackle, anything. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and they've always helped me find whatever I may need. But, I purchased a 60 dollar fishing rod from them back in April and ended up returning it within the return window and was promised store credit for my purchase. When I returned to the store in December they had no record of my return and refused to honor the 60 dollar credit. I even had multiple employees who tried to vouch for me to the owner that I had in fact made the return, and that they remembered me when I came in to make the return but the owner was very adamant that they would not honor the store credit. The owner tried to bribe/blackmail me into writing a good Google review offering a "30 dollar courtesy credit" if I did so and showed them before leaving. Incredibly disrespectful. Again, I have gone here for years and I've been recommending them to friends, family, or anyone I've ever met while fishing but I never will again. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and supporting other shops with ownership that doesn't treat it's customers and staff so poorly or with such disrespect. The staff is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable and are all true fishermen but shop somewhere else. You can find better prices and better places to support.

This is a shop that has old, recent, and brand new gear! The aisles are all completely full from the top to the floor! Clothing to fishing rod repairs! They have all the saltwater tackle and freshwater lures to have you on your favorite spot properly equipped to handle a day of fishing. The store is expansive, so it will require an hour or so to peruse the merch. There are plenty of rod and reel combos all in one store to ensure you find something you like! 4/5 stars. (Please repair the flooring to ensure the safety of your customers as that will be far costlier in case of accident.-1 star)

Hi Chris. We do not have ready made customs but we can certainly build one for you with your exact specifications. Please come see us. You won't be disappointed!
They've got the best assortment of meaningful tackle, none of the pseudo as seen on tv stuff... Think of this place as a shop where fishing guides go.
