Witchy lady at the front didn't even act sorry for the restroom being "out of order"

Today I walked into the store looking for a USB wire. Knowing that sometimes these stores have more than one display, I ask the lady at the register if I could fine this item. I asked politely but obviously I raised my voice because I was a little bit far from here. She just ignored me, I asked again and she just was rude and not professional at all. If she had that short temper, maybe dealing with people is not her call. She was a tall black lady in her late 30s. Definitely a bad experience. Management in this store need to give the personnel some kind of training to improve the relationship between them and we, the costumers.

The manager Soraya and the associates are extremely rude and unprofessional. They make slanderous comments about customers and think it’s funny. Their district manager will be calling me on Monday to discuss their behavior. Customer service is customer service and that is one thing they do NOT have. Also playing inappropriate music from a cellphone while checking out customers at the register. This store needs new professional employees and an extreme lesson in customer service skills.

The best stocked and organized that I've seen!! I am however concerned that the cashier was under the weather. She remained positive, upbeat and efficient. Kudos!!
