I'm not the one to leave reviews but this incident gave me no choice but to. Today I was waiting in a very long line with only 1 register open. I saw 2 employees a gentleman that was taking out trash and another employee just standing at register 1. So I asked if they were going to open another register. The employee by the name of Sue got on the intercom to address me in front of the entire store. She was very rude and the fact that she tried to embarrass me for asking if they were going to open another register is beyond me. I am a customer service manager and if any of my employees were to address a customer as Sue did, they would've been dealt with accordingly. Then to top it off when I ask the gentleman that was taking care of me her name she decided to make rude comments with the customer she was taking care of about me. Now if Mrs Sue had any customer service skills she would have address the situation in a professional manner. Instead of having the nerve to address me in front of a store full of ppl on the intercom. I don't know what kind of training the dollar tree give their employees but I'm sure they didn't train them to act like this. I came to spend my money at their establishment and bc I wanted to know if they were going to open another register, it resulted to them literally getting on the intercom to address me in a very rude way. Not only am I going to leave a review but I'm also going to take it a step further. So the next time Sue is put in this situation she knows how to handle it in a professional manner. If not then Sue needs to find another job bc customer service is not the position she should be working. Their corporate office will definitely be hearing from me.

Oh Lord, what a mess. I see many YouTubers talking about Dollar Tree crafts and how easy things are located in shelves and isles. Well, they must be talking Abt an imaginary one, because this particular store is ALWAYS a hot mess. The shelves are always ransacked and things all over the floor. They never seen to have enough cashier since the checkout lines are always long. I don't often go into this store because it causes me anxiety, I am being very generous by giving it a 3 out of 5, they seriously need to get themselves together.

My mother had brought my brother who is autistic to the store and he was having an episode, mr Philip the manager on duty had yelled and told my brother to get the hell out and that he didn’t care if he’s autistic this is very unprofessional I had went to the store personally to get an apology but philip had told that he did nothing wrong and that he doesn’t accept people who have disability’s in this store I was very angry and told him he needs to have compassion and understanding mr Philip pulls his pants up and try’s to threaten me, I am personally going to file a lawsuit
