This is the best Carter's location in the Kansas City area. The store is very well organized and always has amazing deals going on. I love how well stocked the sales rack is. I can always find a good bargain. Staff is also very friendly and attentive to any question or concern I may have.

I was just in the store for 30 minutes and not one employee said a single word to me while I walked around, not even a hello. Also got scammed, one of the shirts I just purchased was supposed to be buy one get two free, says so right on their website (in store and online). They never mentioned it to me once, I had to contact customer service online to find out that I should have been given two of the shirts free. Rip off. Will not be returning.

Jenny is the WORST manager ever... She is so rude it's absolutely apauling. I've already made it known to corporate, hopefully they do something. When you walk into a store every time and see her and want to walk back out that's not a good employee to have.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

You will have 14 days to pick up your order. If you can’t pick up your order within this 14-day window, we’ll cancel it and refund your purchase.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
