I had to go to a court session for my business law class and observe. I called ahead and the clerks were awesome in helping me find a time to come in. The police officers who were running security were extremely nice and informative.

Hi Thomas: Municipal Court does not handle civil matters, such as wills. A suggestion is to contact the attorney who drafted the will. I believe there is one upcoming. Call the court clerk to find out when. There is a walk-in warrant docket every Wednesday at 11 sharp. Come in with a good attitude and warrant could be set aside for $25 paperwork fee.
